Shipping policy
Please allow for 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This is just the time it takes for us to pull and pack your order.
We ship via USPS-UPS - Fedex. You will be notified when your order has shipped. This notification will contain your tracking number which can be used at anytime to see your package process.
Once your order is shipped, please allow for 5-6 business days for your order to be delivered if you are in the United States. You will get another notification once your package has been delivered to the corresponding address.
Please note that we have no control over the delivery of your package once it is in carriers hands possession.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is estimated to take 2-3 weeks. However, there is no clear timeline on how long it will take for you to receive your package.
We are not responsible for any customs charges that you may acquire from the delivery of your package. You may need to work this out with your post office by going there to pay for and collect your package.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are based upon the weight of your products ordered + the package weight they are shipped in. Anything over 16 ounces will be shipped priority. Everything under 16 ounces will be shipped via first class.
INCORRECT ADDRESS - ADDRESS CHANGES
We ship to the address that was input at checkout. Please be sure to double check this address before continuing to checkout.
Incorrect address is 100% customer liability. - No Address changes.
We do not offer refunds for shipping.
