Refund policy

If you find that your order has a defect please email us with your order number within 30 days of delivery so we can find the best solution for you.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A return processing fee of $4.95 will apply and return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. To initiate a return, please email us using our "Contact Us" button.

PREORDERS are not eligible for returns unless Crew and company is at fault in someway.
